It's an excellent spell card that can search for kalarium and mannadium spell/trap cards while destroying mannadium tuners with its effect, so if you're building a mannadium, it's definitely a card to put in your deck!
The flexibility to change the effect if you draw Kalarium is excellent, and the ability to Special Summon Vi from your hand by removing it from GY is actually quite important in terms of deployment.
It's a wonderful card that doesn't matter which one is a bonus, and you can use all of its effects depending on the situation.

As for the effect of (1), I think it's excellent that you can search for 《Peaceful Planet Calarium》in exchange for destroying the monster. If 《Peaceful Planet Calarium》exists, I think it is excellent to be able to search for 《Mannadium Reframing》.
In the "Mannadium" Deck, it would be ideal to be able to destroy the "Mannadium" Tuner as it has a recruiting effect when it is destroyed.
Even if it is sent to GY, the effect of (2) will be able to Special Summon 《Visas Starfrost》, 《Scareclaw Reichheart》, 《Mannadium Riumheart》, etc., so I think there is no waste.

However, since the Manadum Tuner members are able to trigger their own effects through destruction triggers, if the appropriate monsters are destroyed by their effects, it becomes more than just a search. I can say
If Kalarium is already out, you can search for 《Mannadium Reframing》, etc., and if this card destroys Manadum Tuner's effect, it will trigger Kalarium's 3 effect, making it an ideal move.

《Manadum》and 《Visas Starfrost》require monsters on the field, so this card (2) is an excellent card that can solve that. 《Peaceful Planet Calarium》Search is not bad if the timing is right. There are times when the conditions for Spell Trap search are tight, but the movement to prepare 《Mannadium Reframing》in advance is strong.
